Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a booking through the app. However, cancellation fees may apply based on when you cancel:
More than 4 hours before the booking: 10% advance payment will be refunded.
Less than 4 hours before the booking: 10% advance payment will not be refunded.
After the pandit has arrived: You may be charged the full-service fee.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed automatically if you cancel before the allowed time. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content and materials on our platform are owned by Panthulu Garu or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
User License: We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panthulu Garu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
