What happens after I request a booking?
Your district coordinator checks availability and matches a purohit to your ritual, language, and location. You receive confirmation and a preparation checklist in your account.
Are materials included in the price?
Each ritual shows a starting estimate. Samagri kits and partner services are optional additions, with the complete estimate shown before you confirm.
Can I use the same account on the website and app?
Yes. The service uses the same verified phone or email identity across web, tablet, and mobile, so a booking made on one appears on the other.
Can I book from outside India?
Yes. Choose online coordination for a family ritual, or request support for your NRI community. Your local timezone and the purohit’s timezone are confirmed together.
How are annual remembrance dates determined?
Annual rituals follow lunar tithi, location, and family tradition. A verified calendar calculation and purohit review are required before reminders are scheduled.
